As part of this implementation, we solved several bus stops for the city area, the original boarding edges of which were slippery, wore out quickly and required periodic restoration. The aim was to create a safe, durable and long-term functional solution with minimal maintenance requirements.
After thorough preparation of the substrate, a bonding layer was applied and then the system was implemented Wetraffic 491 designed for pedestrian traffic. The surface with integrated anti-skid effect was executed in the desired traffic shade and designed for heavy loads in exposed boarding zones of public transport.
The result is a unified and durable solution that has increased passenger safety, eliminated the need for frequent repairs and significantly extended the service life of the boarding edges.
